Fresh Salad with 3 Dressing Options



For the Salad:
- European cucumber, thinly sliced
- Uvalina tomatoes, halved
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 Hass avocados, diced
- 1 cup of goat or feta cheese, crumbled
- 4 sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
Dressing #1: Balsamic Vinaigrette
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of finely chopped parsley, chives, and red onion
- Refisal Reduced in sodium salt and black pepper to taste
Dressing #2: Mustard Vinaigrette:
- 2 tablespoons of mustard
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1 pinch of Refisal Reduced in sodium salt
Dressing #3: Yogurt Dressing
- 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons of chopped chives
- 1 garlic clove, finely minced
- Refisal Reduced in sodium salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
Combine all the salad ingredients in a bowl.
For each dressing, whisk all the ingredients together in a bowl until well combined. Toss the salad with your preferred dressing and enjoy! .
