Oven-Baked Lemon Salmon


Season your salmon in a healthy and flavorful way.
Ingredients:
- 1 salmon fillet (600g)
- Juice of 4 lemons
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped rosemary
- 1 teaspoon fresh oregano, chopped
- 1/3 cup unsalted melted butter or ghee
- 1 tablespoon Refisal Reduced in sodium salt
- Pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF) and prepare a baking tray by lining it with aluminum foil.
- In a bowl, mix the melted butter, parsley, rosemary, oregano, garlic, Refisal Reduced in sodium salt, and pepper to taste.
- Place the salmon fillet on the prepared tray and evenly spread the herb butter mixture over the salmon, using a silicone brush if needed. Finally, wrap the salmon with aluminum foil.
- Bake the salmon for 15 minutes. Remove it from the oven, uncover the top, and bake for an additional 10 minutes to allow the top to brown.
